Simon Ambrose, who won a £100,000 a year job with Sir Alan Sugar on BBC1’s The Apprentice 2007, will be part of a team developing a hotel and golf complex near Stansted Airport for business mogul Alan Sugar.
Simon Ambrose, a 27-year old former investment banker, beat favourite Kristina Grimes, a regional sales manager for a pharmaceutical company and will now train as a chartered surveyor working on a hotel and golf complex project funded by Sugar.- Simon Ambrose age 27
